Over the last 40 years Charlie has served in full time roles as CEO, COO, and Chairman of six companies, four public and two private, ranging in size from $80MM to $1.2B. A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Charlie graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in business administration.
Al has successfully led durables, software and service based companies as a CEO, division president, and founding partner. Al graduated from the University of Delaware with a BSBA in business.
Stephen has more than 20 years of investment banking experience, including serving as a senior officer in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Wachovia Securities and as a partner in Fennebresque & Co., where he spent four years building and leading an industry-focused M&A advisory practice. Stephen graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a BA in English literature and earned his MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Chris has nearly 20 years of experience as a senior banker with Wells Fargo Securities. He has served as Head of several groups within Wells Fargo including Structured Products, Strategic Transactions, Capital Management, and Restructuring. Chris received his BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Columbia University.
