Lyons Magnus, a portfolio company of Paine Schwartz Partners, recently completed its acquisition of Phillips Syrups & Sauces, a Westlake, Ohio-based manufacturer of gourmet syrups, sauces, and toppings. The acquisition enables Lyons Magnus to enter the high-growth, mid-tier and regional segments of the coffeehouse chain market and further diversify its value and growing customer base. North Inlet continues to serve as the advisor to Lyons Magnus as they pursue additional synergistic acquisitions.
