Libby began her financial services career in the transaction services practice at KPMG, and next moved to a mergers and acquisitions position at market leader Quikrete. In her accounting and corporate development roles, Libby accumulated buy-side and sell-side expertise across multiple industries, including consumer products, telecom, financial services, healthcare and IT services.

Her diverse responsibilities have included financial and business due-diligence, analysis/negotiation of EBITDA and purchase price adjustments, post-acquisition integration/transition, and purchase accounting. Among Libby’s accounting specialties are audit, bankruptcy and IPOs.

A native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Libby earned her B.S. in business administration and Master of accounting from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She resides in south Charlotte with her husband and two children. In her spare time, Libby enjoys immersing herself in either a good book or her latest organizational project.
